Louis van Gaal has dropped David De Gea from Manchester United’s first game of the season against Tottenham Hotspur tomorrow after fears were raised over his state of mind.
‘De Gea will not play,’ confirmed Van Gaal. ‘A player is also a human being.
He cannot manage that. We will have to see who starts.’
